What’s included:

• One short video of your order being packed

• This is an add-on and must be purchased with a clothing order
• Limit one packaging video per order
• Available only before your package ships
• Non-refundable once the video has been recorded
• If we’re unable to record it before shipment, the $5 fee will be refunded

Start your return within 30 days of the ship date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

• Gift Card · Best Value: Free return shipping + 110% of what you paid back as a gift card.
• Free Exchange: Swap for another size, color, or style. We cover return and replacement shipping.
• Refund: Money back to your original payment method, minus an $8.95 return shipping fee.
