CA Transparency

AllDeserved.com, along with its affiliated entities (collectively referred to as "AllDeserved" or the "Company"), upholds a steadfast commitment to lawful, ethical, and responsible business conduct. We expect our manufacturing vendors ("Suppliers") to align with our commitment. To ensure this, AllDeserved has put in place specific controls and initiatives to verify that Suppliers adhere to our standards.

Our Vendor Code of Conduct & Responsible Sourcing Policy (the "Code of Conduct"), along with various corporate policies and procedures, outlines the guiding principles that our Suppliers must follow. These principles demand business operations to be conducted in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. As a prerequisite for engaging with AllDeserved, every Supplier is required to comply with the Code of Conduct.

Certification

Under the Code of Conduct, Suppliers of AllDeserved certify their commitment to conducting business in accordance with legal requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, the avoidance of child labor, forced or compulsory labor, corporal punishment, and discrimination. Additionally, Suppliers must adhere to laws governing wages, working hours, health and safety, and environmental standards.

Verification

AllDeserved maintains robust business relationships with a select group of Suppliers, chosen through a comprehensive internal vetting process. Part of this vetting includes assessing the risk of a Supplier's potential non-compliance with the Code of Conduct, specifically regarding human trafficking and slavery. Our production, sourcing, and compliance teams conduct visits to manufacturing sites to evaluate and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.

Audits

To assess and ensure compliance, AllDeserved engages a reputable, accredited, third-party social compliance auditing firm. This firm performs risk assessments and audits on manufacturing vendors that meet certain risk criteria. These audits, which may be scheduled or surprise, require full cooperation from the vendors in any corrective actions to achieve compliance.

Internal Accountability Standards

When deviations from the Code of Conduct are detected, AllDeserved collaborates with the Supplier to determine the root cause of non-compliance and to develop a corrective action plan. We believe this approach benefits the Supplier, their employees, and AllDeserved's customers. Remedial measures may include additional audits or inspections. Persistent non-compliance or serious breaches of the Code of Conduct may lead to termination of the business relationship with the Supplier.

Training

Our production and sourcing personnel undergo comprehensive on-the-job training, participate in professional associations, and attend external seminars. These educational opportunities enhance their skills in identifying and managing supply chain risks.
