SHIPPING POLICY

At All Deserved, one of our priorities is to ship your order the same or next business day, because we know you are waiting for it.

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through alldeserved.com.

Most orders are processed and shipped within the same or next business day after the order is placed.

All orders ship from our warehouse in San Diego, California.

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During high-volume periods, holidays, severe weather, or carrier service disruptions, processing and shipment may take longer.

We currently ship within the United States.


3. Shipping Options and Costs

Standard Shipping

Free Standard Shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $60.

Estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is typically 2–8 business days.

Orders Under $60

For orders under $60, shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package details, and selected shipping method.

Express and One-Day Shipping

Express and One-Day Shipping options may be available at checkout.

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your delivery zone and order details.


4. Carriers

Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, or regional delivery partners.

In some cases, packages may be transferred between carriers for final delivery. For example, a UPS shipment may be delivered by USPS.

We reserve the right to choose the carrier that best matches the selected shipping method, destination, and operational needs.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking to update after shipment. Carrier scans do not always appear immediately.

A delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the package is not moving.

However, shipment activity, carrier acceptance, transit scans, and delivery schedules may vary depending on the carrier and service level.


8. Combining Multiple Orders

If multiple orders are placed before shipment, we may combine them into one package when possible.

If orders are combined, you may receive one tracking number covering the combined shipment.

We do not guarantee that separate orders will always be combined.


9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, shipping delays, delivery issues, or additional carrier charges may occur.

If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible at info@alldeserved.com We will do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made in time.

11. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier first and then email us at info@alldeserved.com. We will do our best to assist you.

Any resolution for lost or delayed packages may depend on carrier records, shipping status, and claim eligibility.
