Fast Delivery:
When you place an order with us, you can expect your package to be dispatched within one business day. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. We primarily deliver through UPS and USPS.
Easy Returns:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team at info@alldeserved.com or use the 'View your order' link from your order email to start the return process.
We have two Types of Returns:
Full Refund: If you would like to return the purchased item and receive a full refund, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. In this case, the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount (usually $8-9 per shipment, depending on the state).
Exchange: If you agree to exchange the purchased product for another item from our store (different size, color, or style), we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for free. The return shipping cost will be covered by us. Once you send the returned item to us and we receive it, we will ship the newly chosen item to you at our expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. No smells should be registered, and no signs of ironing, steaming, or washing are allowed.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria and will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
