What’s included:

• One short video of your order being packed
• Sent to the email used at checkout
• No shipping label, address, or private information shown

Please note:

• This is an add-on and must be purchased with a clothing order
• Limit one packaging video per order
• Available only before your package ships
• Non-refundable once the video has been recorded
• If we’re unable to record it before shipment, the $5 fee will be refunded

We make returns easy.

- Returns accepted within 30 days of the ship date

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached

2. Exchange - Swap for another color or style at no extra cost — we cover all shipping fees

3. Refund - Money back to your original payment method, minus a flat $8.95 return shipping fee
